S. B. Nikki Tinch was born in Memphis, Tennessee on July 7, 1941. She passed away during the early morning hours of July 5, 2016 at the age of 74 years at Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Judi Burns of Angleton, Texas and Carol Beeson of Old River-Winfree, Texas.
Nikki is survived by her son, James Tinch and wife Kathleen of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Jacob “Cole” Tinch and Sierra Tinch; her brother John Burnett and his wife Sonya of Texas City, Texas; many nieces and nephews; and her pet poodle, Shadow.
Nikki was a great mother and grandmother. Everyone that was familiar with her knew that she had a strong will, was independent, caring, and social, loved to travel, worked hard, and was very organized. She knew where everything was in her office and in her house. She had many family and friends that loved her; she will be missed tremendously. Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, but love leaves a memory that no one can steal.
