Michael Anthony Connell
Michael Anthony Connell was born February 25th1980 in Daytona Beach, Florida. He went to be with the Lord May 13, 2014 in Katy, TX. He is survived by his son Michael Javier Connell, his ex-wife Cassandra Wilder, his parents Michael and Claudia Connell, his sisters Christie Connell and Cindy Connell Thompson and her husband Craig Thompson and his brother Steven Berg.
Mike loved his son, his family, and his friends. He spoke about the wonderful times he had with all of us, often. Anywhere Mike would go he would create an atmosphere of energy, full of amusement and hilarity. He adored playing video games and making chocolate chip cookies with his son, Mike. He was a talented cook, and a great athlete. He was a startling force to be reckoned with on the football field (Taz). He loved reading, whether he was reading abiography, a mystery, or an epic. He had a passion for music, and he loved singing, whether he was by himself or in a crowd. As often as he could, he would go to the beach at twilight, to be near the ocean. There were many wonderful and amazing things about Mike that were distinct. We thank our Lord in heaven for the time that we had with him, knowing, that we will see him again one day with arms outstretched, a radiant smile on his face, his baby blues shimmering for all to see, greeting each one of us as we enter into the gates of heaven. When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory." 55"Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?"1 Corinthians 15:50-55
We love you Mike, more than you realized, and you will be missed by all!
