Marke Jamaal Williams Gary was born May 23, 1992 in Dallas, Texas and entered eternal peace on Friday, June 21, 2013, doing what he loved (swimming), near the San Luis Pass in Galveston, Texas.
A Celebration of His Life will begin Saturday, June 29, 2013 with Public Visitation at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church, 7500 Fairmont Pasadena, TX 77505. The Celebration of Praise will follow at 12:00 Noon. Marke will be resting beside his daughter, Lillyana, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Houston, Texas
Marke loved music, comedy, traveling, all outdoor activities and his passion was swimming and weightlifting. He would often say that he found being outside near water as his closest peace. He was a member of the Trinity Trojans Championship Football Team (Euless) in 2009 and he also played football for Clear Brook High School and graduated in 2010. He attended Blinn College but was currently employed in a management training program with Discount Tire (Bay Area) at his time of passing.
Marke was preceded in death by his daughter, Lillyana Nicole Williams; grandfathers, Alfred “Fats” Gary and James Williams; and a cousin, Aasha Gary, who are allwatching over us from heaven.
Remaining to embrace the memories of Marke are his parents, Lena Faye Williams, and Gerald and Cheryl Gary; daughter, Emma Sophia Williams, his special sweetheart and mother of his daughter, Erica Ochoa; brothers, De Mario and Natashia Williams, Dominique Gary and Desmond Gary; grandmothers, Fronia Williams, Carolyn Gary and Joyce McGee; nephew and niece, Jordan and Kendall Williams; aunts, Tamela Gary and Tina Lazarus; uncles, Anthony Gary, Alfred Gary, Jr., James Williams, Jr. and Anthony Williams; god sisters, Patrice Jones and Loren Farrar; special cousin/friend, Nicklas Robinson; close friends, Paul Landry and, Jordan Rutkowski..
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the trust fund at any Bank of America for his daughter, Emma Williams.
