Marilee House, age 66, passed away on July 2, 2020 at Houston Hospice. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she was the daughter of Floyd M Danley (deceased) and Mary Evelyn Danley, Skellytown, TX. She graduated from Sandia High School in Albuquerque, NM in 1971. Marilee was a flight attendant with Continental and United Airlines, spanning 32 years. Those that knew her will miss her kind heart, bright smile and her unending selflessness. Marilee loved to lend a helping hand to those in need. She loved going out to plays, restaurants with friends, traveling with her mother, playing cards and volunteering at a local animal shelter. She is survived by 5 brothers and sisters, Ronald Danley, Greenwood, MO, Floyd Danley, Canon City, CO, Linda O'Brien, Overland Pk, KS, Conrad Danley, Skellytown, TX and Marylynn Henke, Centennial, CO. She was also a very special auntie to many of her nieces and nephews.
In true "Marilee style", there will not be a funeral, she donated her body to the Baylor School of Medicine in hopes of being able to help others. There will be a Celebration of her Life later, once Covid-19 is not a public health threat. For information on that event, please contact her sister Marylynn Henke at firstname.lastname@example.org.
