Louis Roscoe Perrin
Louis Roscoe Perrin was born in Galveston, Texas on July 17, 1936. He passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017 at the age of 80 years in Texas City, Texas.
Louis is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Pauline, of La Marque, Texas; his son Louis E. Perrin and wife Dawn of La Marque, his daughter Susie Perrin of La Marque, his son Mark L. and wife Ana of Spring, Texas; Grandchildren, Adam R. Perrin and wife Jessica, Megan C. Perrin and husband Geoff Williams, Taylor M. DeLacey and husband David, Yamileth Arauz, Mark C. Perrin, Luis (AB) Madrid, Christian M. Perrin; and Great-grandchildren, Brennah L. Williams, Ethan R. Taylor-DeLacey and Emma R. DeLacey; Sister Doris Stroud and brothers, Randy Perrin and wife Carol, Paul Perrin and Victor Perrin; and many other family members.
Louis proudly served and retired from the U.S. Air Force after 20 years of service and settled in La Marque, Texas. He also retired from Amoco Chemicals. Louis enjoyed traveling with his wife, hunting/fishing, playing cards and HIS football teams, the Dallas Cowboys and the LMHS Cougars (he had high school season tickets for 36 years and served as statistician – Sr. Stats – for Coogs Sports Net for several years).
Louis will be remembered as a loving husband, “Pop”, Grandpa, Great-grandpa, “Roscoe” and Best Friend to his family. His smile, quick laughter, generosity and willingness to give and share will be remembered and missed by all who knew him.
Louis lives on in our hearts and memories, always.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at Carnes Funeral Home in Texas City on Friday, February 17th, 2017. The family will greet visitors from 3-4pm and the Celebration of Life Memorial Service will follow beginning at 4pm. Internment will be at the Houston National Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
