Obituary for Leslie Alan Mueller
Leslie Alan Mueller was born on February 18, 1949 in Alvin, Texas and peacefully passed away on November 24, 2017 after COPD complications. He is survived by his wife Helen Hicks Mueller, son John Mueller, daughter and son-in-law Heidi Mueller Yost and Kenneth Yost. Grand-daughters Miranda Mueller, Kinsey Duncan and Teagan Wilbers-Yost. Grandsons Caleb Torres, Phoenix Torres, Dillon Dipuccio, Kevin Corn II, Ryder Mueller, Levi Yost. Brothers George Lyle, Darrell Lyle, and sisters Joyce Lyle and Nita Tuitupon.
Leslie was preceded in death by his father, Donald Mark Mueller, step-father George Lyle, mother Freida Denny Lyle, brothers Donald Gene Mueller, Gary Mueller and Kevin Lyle and sister Debra Stephens.
Leslie received an Honorable Discharge after servicing with the Army from March 10, 1969 to March 09, 1971.
Leslie was hard working and devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren. He was proud of his children and grandchildren for all their accomplishments and the devotion his children have to their children.
Leslie worked as carpenter and mechanic. He was an adult volunteer with the Polk and Galveston County Texas 4-H, was a member of the Galveston County Ranchers Association and volunteered at the Galveston County Fair and Rodeo Inc.
We’ll always remember that special smile, caring heart, and that warm embrace you always gave us. You always being there for grandma and us through bad and good times no matter what. We’ll always remember you Pawpaw because there’ll never be another one to replace in our heart and the love we will always have for you.
