Kenneth Alton Little
Kenneth Alton Little, 71, of Santa Fe, Texas passed away November 23, 2013 from complications of liver disease. He was born January 17, 1942 in Stamford, TX and resided in Santa Fe for the last 25 years. Kenneth had the gift of gab. He loved to tell jokes and when he ran out of them he would repeat the old ones over and over to the same people. He could always talk to anyone anytime about anything. He retired from Monsanto/Sterling Chemical after 27 years.
Trail riding with old friends, including Jack Daniels, as guest of honor was his favorite hobby in earlier years. In October, he was able to attend the annual Retired Pipefitters Picnic; an event he always enjoyed. This year was special because with his declining health he knew it would be his last.
Kenneth is preceded in death by parents, two brothers, daughter, Deborah and grandson, Monty.
He is survived by wife Cheryl; daughters, Ronda and Mark Shoot, Melissa and Jason Putman, Toni and Bill Wilson, Becky and Sonny Saragoza; sons, Wayne and Lynn Little, Mike and Oksana Little, Daniel and Sheryl Little and Roger Seeton Jr., 21 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Johnnie Guzman III, Savas Saragoza III, Cole Saragoza, David Fuentes Jr., Chris Wilson, Bryan Little, Jeffery Hermeling and Jesse Lee. Honorary pallbearer will be special granddaughter, Kayci Fuentes.
The family will receive guests on Friday, November 29, 2013 from 6-8pm at Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway Texas City, TX. Graveside Services will be 10am, Nov. 30, Saturday at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, TX.
