     Joseph Lynn Manchaca, born on March 9, 1953, passed away on January 7, 2021.

     The family will receive visitors from 4-7pm on Tuesday, January 12th in the Chapel of Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, Texas 77591. A second visitation will take place from 10am-12pm on Wednesday, January 13^th, followed by the Funeral Liturgy Outside of Mass with Deacon John Carrillo officiating, then a procession to Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. The graveside service is scheduled for 1:30pm.
