Harold Reginald Palmer
Harold Reginald Palmer, 66, of Kemah, Texas passed away on October 23, 2018 after a brief illness. He was born in Galveston, Texas on August 9, 1952 to Ralph A. Palmer and Laura Mae Johnson. He is preceded in death by both his mother and father.
Harold is survived by his wife of 25 years, Judy, as well as daughter Debbie (Mike) Justice of Devers, TX. and son, Mike (Margaret) Petron of Trussville, AL. “PePaw” is also survived by his three beloved grandsons Tom (Eva) Brantley, Mike Petron Jr., Layne Justice and the newest addition of his precious great-grand daughter Anna Brantley. Harold is also survived by sister in law Barbara (and the best golf partner and friend a man can have, David) Chambliss, brother in laws Buddy (Cindy) Brown, Mickey (Debbie) Brown, Johnny (Sally) Brown, special niece Mikki (Vernon) Fox, best friend Butch Shannon (Verna), step dad Jim Johnson, mother in law Delma Spruell, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Harold also leaves behind his most faithful of companions in Abigail and Gretchen Palmer.
Harold retired from CenterPoint Energy after 43 years of service. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Texas City SPCA, or your favorite charity.
Respecting Harold’s wishes for cremation, there will be no public service. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
