Beula Mae Dunham

Beula Dunham

Beula Mae Parker Dunham.

She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.  Proverbs 31:12

From the day of her birth, September 25, 1922 until the last day on earth November 21, 2017, Beula Mae Parker Dunham was known for the good she brought into the life of others.

She was known for her hospitality, joyfully welcoming others into her home and filling them with delicious food and loving acceptance. Her hospitality extended into what she called the Tuesday Morning Banana Club, where she would join others to visit those who were home bound.

This attitude of love and service was a result of her abiding faith in Christ Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Daily she could be heard whistling and singing hymns as she prepared meals for her family. Her wisdom was eagerly sought not only by her immediate family, but also by the friends of her sons, who came often to visit her, even when her boys were not home.

Her life revolved around being a wife and mother. She loved her sons so much that she took a position with the LMISD serving lunches at their school.

Her desire to feed and nurture flowed into all who entered her home as they all left with full tummies and happy hearts.
