Arian Joseph Gipson
Arian Joseph Gipson was born four months premature at Christus St. John Hospital in Nassau Bay weighing 1lb 1oz. Only a short two hours after birth Arian was transported to UTMB in Galveston where he lived the duration of his life at the Neonatal Infant Specialty Care Unit (ISCU). Arian was under the watchful care of the best neonatologists surgeons, ophthalmologists, fellows, nurse practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapists, and many more health care professionals.
On December 15, 2012 Arian was baptized by Pastor David Everson Sr. of First Union Baptist Church. After which he overcame many obstacles and grew to a whopping 7lbs 12 oz.
Arian is survived by his mother, Kenetra Gipson; father, Terrell Gipson; sisters, Amari Gipson, Shanequa Law; grandparents, Kenneth and Elizabeth Dickens and grandmother, Brenda Charles, grandfather, Henry Lee Gipson; great-grandmothers, Wilma Smith and Martha Faye Williams and many other relatives and friends.
In the four months Arian blessed us, he was loved by many, but God loved him most of all.
Funeral service will be held on April 17, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, 77591 with Pastor David Everson Sr. officiating. Internment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
