She is preceded in death by loving Mother and Father, three sisters, three brothers, a great-niece, a nephew and four great-nephews.
She is survived by soul-mate, Maynard Clark. Annie was mother to sons, Eugene Clark, Andy Clark (Velda), and Dowen Johnson (Twila); daughter, Missy Lane (Mickey); grandchildren, Dana, Button, Daniel and Skye Clark, Andrew Clark II, Erin Schlageter, Chuck and David Johnson; great-grandchildren, Devon, Michaela, Maverick, Bella, Alexis, Bailey, Taylor, and Emma Clark, Logan Moy, Lainey Schlageter, Baylor, Luke, Lance and Lane Johnson; sisters, Ruby Cunningham and Vesta Gilbert (Carl); sister in law, Geraldine Taylor as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their children.
Annie loved many things in life: traveling, clothes, shopping, jewelry and animals. She made her last trip on February 6th, 2015, at 1:01 in the afternoon. Even though this was a trip she had never made before; she went to a home she'd been looking forward to seeing. She most especially loved the Lord and was never afraid to speak up for her faith. She was instrumental in bringing many people to the Lord and encouraged many in their faith. Her strong faith and prayer got her through Stage 4 cancer and gave her almost thirty more years of life.
One of Annie's proudest accomplishments was graduating with a GED at the age of forty. She worked several jobs outside the home, but her real joy was being a homemaker. She loved making a home for Maynard and her children. She loved cooking and keeping house- a trait her daughter's husband wishes she could have passed on to her daughter.
