Angela F. Roque
Angela Flora Roque, 57, of Texas City, Texas passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at her residence. She was born February 10, 1956 in Texas City to Louis Flavel Greaux and Catherine Garcia.
Angela was an Avon representative, worked as a manicurist, was a member of St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal and with the A.C.T.S. Retreat team. Her service as an A.C.T.S. member allowed her to share God’s love and joy with others. Angela was a true example of strength and love. A Christian woman, dedicated wife, loving mother, sister and grandmother, she was committed to her family and friends. She was cherished by all who knew her. Angela had the most giving heart and spirit. Angela always had a smile and a hug for you.
Angela Flora was an Angel. Her heart was full and always giving of happiness. Family members would go to her for a sure moment of joy and laughter to turn back any of the day’s problems. The family’s successes were her number one goal. If you wanted to know about your relative’s whereabouts, just call her, the numbers and addresses were on her phone.
She is preceded in death by grandfather, Antonio Garcia and parents.
Flora is survived by her husband Charles Roque Jr; sons, Charles (Chucky) Roque 3rd, Phillip David Roque and Erica, Adam Charles Roque and Sarah, Aaron Matthew Roque and Priscilla; grandchildren, Kacee Ruschenberg, Arianna , Gabriella, Adrianna, Danica, and Adam Roque Jr, and Eian Bailey; brother, Louis Greaux Jr; sisters, LuLu Benavidez, Carlotta Estella Greaux, Patricia Greaux Maddox and Anna Kelow as well as numerous other relatives.
Serving as Pallbearers are Phillip, Adam and Aaron Roque, Ben Daniel, Tracy Garcia and Willie Sendijes.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 12th, 2013 from 5-7PM followed by the Reciting of the Rosary at Carnes Funeral Home-Texas City. Funeral Mass will Celebrated 10 AM Wednesday, March 13th at St. Mary of the Miraculous Medal in Texas City.
