Angel Miguel Herrera-Molina
Angel Miguel Herrera Molina
December 29, 1996 – September 4, 2018
Angel Miguel Herrera Molina—son, brother, uncle, lover—died on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at his family home in Galveston, TX. He was 21 years old.
When Angel was asked to describe himself in a word, he chose “loyal" because "If it has to be one word, it might as well be the one that means the most." Born on December 29, 1996 to Osman Herrera and Isidra Molina, Angel was always known for his loyalty and love for his close family, friends and his baby Rocky! He was the type of person to give you his last dollar or the shirt off his back if you needed it. Always at a baseball, football or softball game supporting the little loves of his life, Aaron and Annalisa.
Angel was an engaging and social person who loved spending time with his family and pets. He enjoyed family nights out fishing with Aaron, going to the skate park and bowling with his girlfriend, Olivia, whom he adored.
As a young man with both passion and an intense sense of empathy, Angel was also subject to depression, which he battled for several years, he chose to end his life. He is survived by his parents; his long-time girlfriend, Olivia; his older sister, Tatiana (Jonathan); older brother, Daniel (Syann); step-siblings, Katie and Kevin; nieces and nephews, Aaron, Annalisa, Janessa, Jonathan, Jr., Isabel, Yamileth and Avery and a host of aunts, uncles and friends.
A viewing will take place on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 5pm-8pm with funeral services on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 8am-11am.
