Guests are invited to share in the Celebration of Life Visitation for Ms. Alyssia Nicole Salazar from 5-7:00 p.m., followed by a 7p.m. Reciting Of The Rosary on Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at Carnes Funeral Home -Texas City, TX, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, Texas 77591.
Funeral Mass will be Celebrated 10:00 a.m. Wednesday a.m., at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in La Marque, Texas with the Rite of Committal to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Galveston, TX.
On the morning of March 6th, 2014 our beloved, Alyssia, 21, was called upon by our Dearest Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to join him in her rightful place in Heaven. She was born in Galveston, Texas to parents, Noah and Elizabeth Salazar
She is preceded in death by great-grand parents, Fernando D. and Faustina Garza Sr; Amado and Elsmerejilda Gonzalez Petraeus Ybarra; grand father, Felix Joe Salazar; great uncle, Palblo Ybarra, and uncles, George A Garza and Fernando Garza Jr III.
Survived by parents, Noah and Elizabeth Salazar; younger sister, Amanda Renee Salazar; younger brother, Isaac Noah Jeremiah Salazar; nephew, Junior Emilio Juarez; brother-in-law, Milton Emilio Juarez; grand parents, Fernando and Petraeus Garza, and Beatrice O. Salazar; aunts and uncles, Sandra and Ernest Sosa, Diane and Mario Perez, Linda Good Point Nelson and Leroy Simon, Jesus and Kelley Garza, John Martin Garza and Heather Heath, CaSandra and Robert Plain, Berlinda Salazar, Patrick Salazar,

Alyssia was a very special loving daughter, sister, cousin and friend and was very devoted to her family. As a child she was very much loved and needed for nothing.
In her school years, she went to all school activity and functions. Her favorite sport was soccer and her aunt Linda nicknamed her "Coley the goalie". Alyssia was supported in every venture she started. She had a huge heart and loved to be around her family, especially her cousins to enjoy great times.
She will be greatly missed and forever loved.
